Health food - Breakfast muffins

Multigrain crackers with seeds - 2 cups powdered
Walnuts - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Honey - few tbsps
Egg - 1
Ripe bananas - 3
Applesauce - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup (whole milk preferred)
Butter - 1/2 stick

Mix/beat all wet ingredients. Mix up dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients to it. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 400 F for 25 mins.

It fills you up and is 'sort of' flourless, sugar free :)

A cobbler/crisp can also be done with powdered crackers as a crust.
